Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

  • Perform lug load operations including component installation, torquing fasteners, product load testing, and thread measurement.
  • Conduct visual inspections and make accurate accept/reject decisions based on quality standards.
  • Support paint line operations by operating hoists, hanging/installing components, banding pallets, and assisting with powder-coating workflow.
  • Complete light assembly tasks following established procedures.
  • Record inspection results using both paper documentation and electronic systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to read and use digital calipers and other measuring devices.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
