We are seeking a skilled Order Picker with Reach Forklift experience to join our warehouse team. This role involves efficiently selecting and preparing products for shipment while operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse management systems and order picking techniques
• Operate reach forklifts, clamp trucks, Order picker and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of heavy items through heavy lifting procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning, labeling, and organizing stock in designated locations
• Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Use basic math skills to verify quantities and measurements during order picking processes
• Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis
• Housekeeping - Sweeping, moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area, maintain cleanliness of work area
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics preferred
• Valid forklift license with Reach forklift (Narrow Isle), Order picker with fall arrest
• RF scanner experience required
• Experience operating clamp trucks or similar machinery is desirable
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying orders
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Basic computer knowledge and able to stand/walk for 8 or more hours a day

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse / Reach Forklift and Order picker operator to join a busy distribution company in the Brampton area. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years of Reach forklift experience with a valid reference.
