Shop Maintenance – $17.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shop Maintenance for a local company in Vonore, TN.

Shop Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate counts of all parts, perform regular cycle counts, track stock levels, and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Use inventory management software to enter data, update part records, generate reports, and monitor stock movement.
• Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and assist with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Complete basic welding tasks for repairs, fabrication, or equipment support using appropriate tools and safety procedures.

Shop Maintenance Qualifications:

• Experience processing shipments, preparing freight, and working with carriers.
• Experience performing basic mechanical repairs or preventative maintenance.
• Ability to perform light welding tasks (MIG, stick, or similar).

Shop Maintenance Shift:

• 1^st shift
• Monday-Friday 7am-4:00pm
