Salary: $19 to $23 hr.

• What is the opportunity?

Are you interested in working for a locally owned trucking company that is nationally recognized as one of best to work for? If so, we are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to be the “Director of Frist Impressions”, while managing driver trip records and customer invoicing.

• How will you spend your time?

1. Manage and direct incoming phone calls and in person visitors, providing a welcoming environment.
2. Manage driver trip records, reviewing and inputting driver records in compliance with federal regulations.
3. Scan and file documents for workflow processing and long-term retention.
4. Create, generate, and issue customer invoices weekly.
5. Manage office supply levels.
6. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distributing it daily.
7. Other duties as assigned. 

• We will be excited about you if you have the following.

1. 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the trucking industry.
2. Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excell, Outlook, Word) and 10-Key skills
3. Strong time management, attention to accuracy, and detail skills
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills
5. Full physical abilities (Strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties 

• What do you get in return?

1. Work schedule: 8:15AM to 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday
2. Starting Compensation: $19 to $23 Hr.
