What You Get to Do!
The Consulting Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the toolkits Consulting Team. The individual in this role will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and building strong, lasting partnerships with partners. This strategic role combines leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and long-lasting relationships. The individual in this role will take a hands-on approach, using strong technical depth in 3D and meaningful pre-sales exposure.
• Inspire and Lead: Manage and develop a high-performing, global consultancy team, focusing on team growth and workload balance
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with partners, peers, and cross-functional teams
• Strategize: Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve business goals
• Drive Customer Success: Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction through exceptional support
• Shape Our Products: Gather customer insights to guide product development and roadmaps
• Champion Solutions: Showcase Tech Soft 3D software through impactful presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Create compelling content for sales propositions and contribute to engaging marketing materials
• Champion company culture: Host fun events, build positive relationships, stay agile and responsive to change, and continually pursue excellence
• Remain abreast of technology and market changes that may affect or enhance our products
• Alongside the Sr. Director of Partner Development, continually monitor team processes and tools and proposes changes as necessary to enable the team to operate efficiently and sustainably
What You Will Bring….
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computing, product design, physics, or a related field, or, equivalent relevant experience
• 10+ years’ experience working in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors, either as an end-user or within the CAD/PLM/PDM software ecosystem
• Coding experience in C#, C++ and/or Python
• Previous team leadership/mentorship experience
• Solid understanding of 3D geometry and CAD
• A track record of success in pre-sales and technical support
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships and technical challenges
• Ability to travel globally
