What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians while assigning daily work orders and projects

• Oversee preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance for residential or commercial properties

• Coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance

• Troubleshoot building systems and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests

• Schedule and oversee vendor and contractor work when needed

• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local building codes

• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and preventative maintenance schedules

• Support apartment turns, renovations, and capital improvement projects as needed

What You Bring:

• Previous property maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
