Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance professional ready for your next opportunity? We're hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, and Maintenance Leads to support a variety of manufacturing facilities throughout the area.

If you have a passion for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment while keeping production running safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities vary by employer and position, so you may not perform every duty listed below.

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems

• Install, maintain, adjust, and overhaul industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, CNC equipment, and other production equipment

• Support equipment installations, machine changeovers, and process improvements

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals

• Perform welding, fabrication, machining, pipe fitting, and general facility maintenance as needed

• Develop, update, and execute preventative maintenance programs

• Work alongside production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices

What You Bring:

Qualifications vary depending on the specific role. Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, conveyors, motors, robotics, or automation

• Welding, fabrication, HVAC, boiler, or ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
