Looking for hands-on work in a clean, team-oriented environment? We’re hiring Greenhouse General Laborers in Livingston, TN to support a large hydroponic growing operation just minutes from Rickman.

This is a great opportunity to get consistent hours while working in a structured and growing industry.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with seeding and transplanting plants
• Trim and maintain crops throughout the growing process
• Pack and prepare produce for shipment
• Clean and maintain greenhouse and packing areas
• Support daily operations as needed

What you need:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work in a greenhouse environment
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on a team

Pay & Schedule:

• $12.50/hour
• Full-time opportunities available
