Working Lead (3rd Shift) (A2245)

Salary: $26-$30/hr

Our client in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a Working Lead to support daily production operations while providing hands-on leadership to a team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for coordinating workflow, assisting with training, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and serving as a liaison between employees and supervisors.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily production activities while performing production duties.
• Coordinate work assignments to meet production schedules.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with work instructions.
• Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and escalating concerns as needed.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Communicate shift updates, priorities, and performance to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required; aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documents.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
