Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assemblers for one of our valued Huntington Beach manufacturing clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble small electronic and mechanical components using hand tools and assembly fixtures.
• Follow written work instructions, diagrams, and production procedures.
• Perform tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, basic soldering, coil winding, labeling, potting, and encapsulation.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, and multimeters.
• Perform basic product testing and accurately document results.
• Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and production support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Basic soldering experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with small parts.
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standardized work processes.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Comfortable working with adhesives, epoxy, solder, and manufacturing equipment.
