Do you have hands-on experience with woodworking or metalworking tools and equipment and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions? We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a stable Monday-Friday schedule, earning $22-$27 per hour based on experience. In this role, you'll combine your product knowledge with customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Benefits available after six months of employment

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and purchases
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Process sales transactions and provide accurate order information
• Maintain inventory levels, receive products, and stock materials
• Coordinate purchasing activities and assist with placing orders
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability and pricing
• Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments
• Keep the sales floor and warehouse organized and presentable
• Deliver excellent customer service in a professional office and industrial supply environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience with woodworking and/or metalworking tools and equipment is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Experience with ERP software, including Epicor, is helpful but not required
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• Ability to move throughout the warehouse and lift, carry, and stock products as needed
• Experience in administrative, sales, or customer service work is a plus
