Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $24.00/Hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors
* Answer inbound calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers
* Process leasing applications and maintain accurate resident records
* Perform data entry and maintain electronic files
* Coordinate leasing documentation and administrative paperwork
* Schedule appointments and communicate with internal departments
* Prepare reports and maintain organized records
* Assist with general office and administrative duties
* Maintain professionalism while handling confidential information

Requirements:

* Strong customer service experience required
* Typing speed of 75+ WPM
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Excellent data entry and computer skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Professional phone etiquette
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
* CRM experience is a plus
* Leasing or property management experience is a plus
* Eager to learn and looking for a long-term opportunity
