Location: Clevland TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Plant Administrator to support daily warehouse and plant operations. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems.
• Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating with carriers.
• Prepare reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with customers and vendors.
• Maintain filing systems and organize production records.
• Support warehouse and plant supervisors with daily administrative needs.
• Track inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
