Deli / Gas Station Clerk

Overview: Supports deli and store operations through customer service, food prep, cleaning, stocking, and assisting at the register and fuel station.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Prepare deli items and maintain fresh, appealing displays
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation standards
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Clean and maintain work areas, restrooms, and customer spaces
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and assist with deliveries
• Assist at fuel pumps and safely fill propane bottles

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
• Willing to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Retail or food-service experience preferred

Work Environment

• Indoor deli/store work plus outdoor fuel-station tasks
• Requires standing and walking for full shift
• Exposure to kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, and weather
