Pay: $24–$27 DOE
Schedule: Day Shift

Job Duties:
  • Utilize diagrams, drawings, and written/oral instructions to assemble products and sub-assemblies
  • Perform basic assembly tasks, including wiring, encapsulating, and conformal coating
  • Perform thru-hole soldering
  • Assemble prepped components, subassemblies, and finished goods using a microscope and various equipment
  • Operate equipment such as grinder, rubber wheel, satin wheel, bead blaster, micro blaster, armor press, and steamer
  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fixtures daily
  • Follow all GMP guidelines, standard operating procedures, drawings, and policies
  • Meet takt time requirements as outlined in job router
  • Perform inspections, go/no-go checks, and minor testing using electronic test equipment
  • Verify specifications by measuring completed components
  • Ensure products meet production specifications and quality standards
  • Review work with Trainer or Manager when nonconformances are identified
  • Maintain a safe and clean, environmentally controlled work area
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Document work by completing production and quality forms
  • Cross-train and support other team members as needed
  • Support overtime as required
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Work and Related Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Entry-level role; typically requires 6 months–1 year of assembly experience or relevant electronics manufacturing education
  • Ability to identify electronic components and perform thru-hole soldering
  • Experience using a microscope and basic measuring equipment (calipers, comparator)
  • Strong hand dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity
  • Ability to distinguish colors and audible tones
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to meet productivity standards, deadlines, and schedule requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with other internal software
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods (4 x 10-hour shifts)
