Express is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling equipment to produce high-quality precision components used in motorsports and custom fabrication applications.

Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to blueprints and engineering drawings.Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, work instructions, and specifications.Select, install, and adjust tooling, fixtures, offsets, feeds, and speeds.Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to maintain production efficiency.Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet quality standards.Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.Experience setting up and operating CNC mills.Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and depth gauges.Familiarity with G-Code, M-Code, offsets, tooling, feeds, and speeds.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:HAAS, Fanuc, Fadal, Mazak, Okuma, or similar CNC controls.Prototype, custom, or low-volume manufacturing environments.Motorsports, automotive, aerospace, or precision machining experience.Waterjet or laser cutting experience is a plus.
