We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Entry Associate to join our Customer Service Team in Oxford, MI. As a Customer Service Order Entry Associate, you will be a key part of our team, interacting with customers and coordinating with various departments to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role includes customer engagement and handling various administrative and operational tasks to drive customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Order Entry Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and online chats.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of customer products.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly .
- Build trustful relationships with external and internal customers.
- Maintain customer database (CRM).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional demeanor.
