Duration: 4–6 weeks (temporary coverage until a permanent hire is made)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support daily front desk and administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a short-term assignment requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing office access for meetings
  • Answer and route incoming calls using a large internal directory
  • Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including creating shipments in internal systems
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages across a large distribution list
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail, including handling a high volume of weekly check mailings
  • Maintain and restock office kitchens twice daily (morning and afternoon); some light lifting required
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, administrative, or office coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly
  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work
