What You'll Do

• Manage and review a broad range of complex tax engagements across individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts and estates
• Provide proactive tax planning, research and advisory support
• Identify tax issues, develop practical solutions and communicate recommendations clearly
• Manage IRS and state tax authority examinations
• Coordinate multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Collaborate with firm partners and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead, mentor and develop staff through coaching, delegation and feedback
• Contribute to process improvement and firm growth initiatives

 

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) credential also considered
• Strong proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement and Microsoft Excel

Pay Range is based on Experience $155K-$185K ++
