Salary: $19.19hr

Schedule: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days).
Enjoy every other 3-day weekend and a consistent full-time schedule.
 
Position Overview:
  • Work with a long-established, nationally recognized food manufacturer producing frozen bakery products distributed across the U.S., including breads, rolls, and frozen dough
  • Join a fast-paced, high-volume production facility operating advanced equipment in a temperature-controlled (cold storage) environment designed for efficiency and product consistency
  • Evaluation-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement in a growing regional operation supporting West Coast distribution
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor high-speed packaging and production equipment, including sorting, weighing, sealing, coding, and palletizing systems to meet quality and output goals
  • Support mixing and sheeting operations, follow formulas, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining strict food safety and GMP standards
  • Maintain clean, safe work areas and consistently meet production schedules with attention to quality, precision, and workplace safety
