Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Maintenance Technicians for one of our valued Orange County clients.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry
- Troubleshoot and repair guest room and common area maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Assist with room turns to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of related maintenance experience preferred
- Previous hotel, apartment, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and general building repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely operate power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
