Counter Sales / Shop Helper

Location: Morristown, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales / Shop Helper to join a leading rubber and gasket wholesale supply company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has hands-on fabrication experience, and takes pride in delivering quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and over the phone
• Assist customers with product selection and order processing
• Fabricate rubber, gasket, and industrial products to customer specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely
• Prepare customer orders for pickup and shipment
• Maintain inventory and stock materials
• Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and safe
• Enter orders and maintain accurate records using computer systems
• Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
