Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview:
- Join a long-standing, family-owned manufacturer that produces engineered wood trusses and floor systems used in commercial construction projects nationwide
- Work in a hands-on production environment focused on efficiency, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship in a structured shop setting
- Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours and potential for long-term placement
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble wood trusses and structural components using hand and power tools based on production needs
- Measure, cut, and position materials while ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Lift and move materials (50–75 lbs occasionally) and support general production tasks on the shop floor
