CNC Machine Operator

Salary: $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $20.00/HR

Duties:

  • Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts according to specifications
  • Set up and monitor machines to ensure proper operation and consistent product quality
  • Perform quality checks using measuring tools to verify parts meet required tolerances
  • Load, unload, and move materials using hoists, forklifts, or other material handling equipment
  • Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records
  • Identify and report machine issues or quality concerns
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications: 

  • Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred (lathes and mills)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Basic computer skills to operate CNC controls and track production
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
