Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 annually

Are you a customer-focused professional with inside sales experience and knowledge of the industrial Pipe, Valve, and Fittings (PVF) industry? We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a growing industrial supplier in Gonzales, LA.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Partner with outside sales representatives to provide accurate quotations and process customer orders based on technical product specifications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing order follow-ups and expediting shipments when needed.
• Monitor daily reports, resolve backorders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally and effectively through phone, email, and in person.
• Support warehouse personnel, sales counter staff, will-call customers, and delivery drivers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Source materials and process non-stock purchase orders as needed.
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the industrial Pipe, Valve & Fittings (PVF) industry is required.
• 3+ years of inside sales experience required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including formulas, formatting, and lookup functions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as needed.
