Our client company in Portland ME is looking for an experienced Web Press operator.

Experience running Didde and Harris machines a plus.

 

Essential Functions:

 

• Interprets Instructions for Layout of various process color work
• Set-up Press
• Fill ink wells and tanks
• Monitor and tend to the press while job is running
• Record specifics regarding jobs.
• Clearly marks finished product and prepares for movement to next department.
• Cleans machine to prepare for next job

Knowledge and skills:

• Ability to work with conventional water systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and ink/water problems
• Able to work in a fast paced digital production environment
