Landscaping General Laborers Needed – Immediate Openings!

A growing landscaping company in Morgantown, WV is hiring dependable General Laborers to join its landscaping and grounds maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to gain hands-on experience in landscaping, lawn care, and property maintenance.

This position starts as a temporary assignment, with year-round employment opportunities available for reliable, hardworking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Carry and install pavers, stone, mulch, and landscaping materials

• Spread mulch and assist with landscape installations

• Pull weeds and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas

• Perform lawn care and general grounds maintenance

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

• Clean up job sites and remove debris

• Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely

• Assist with additional landscaping and property maintenance projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required

• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
