CNC Press Brake Operator (Amada) - 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!)

Pay: $19-$25/hour (Based on Experience)

We're seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our growing precision metal fabrication team. If you enjoy working with blueprints, producing high-quality sheet metal components, and take pride in precision manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate Amada CNC Press Brake equipment to accurately form sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and verify CNC programs.
• Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
• Complete first-piece inspections and make adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality throughout production runs.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years of experience operating a CNC Press Brake; Amada experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, metal forming, or precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of bend allowances, tooling, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently bend, reach, and stoop, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise while following all PPE and safety requirements.
