Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a respected community bank in Giddings, TX.

We are seeking a customer-focused Personal Banker to provide exceptional service while assisting customers with their everyday banking needs. This position is ideal for someone with previous banking, teller, or customer service experience who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes

• Perform teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks

• Process account maintenance requests, wire transfers, debit card services, and fraud disputes

• Promote bank products and services through meaningful customer conversations

• Provide support through the teller line, lobby, phone, email, online banking, and other service channels

• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

• Help support daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous banking, teller, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team-oriented environment
