Field Technician

💲 Starting Pay: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Technician to join our team in Elyria. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repairs on equipment or systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work performed
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude (required)
• Prior field service or hands-on technical experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• EPA Section 608 Certification

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent travel to job sites within the local area
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor conditions
