Pay: $30.00–$37.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping production equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and is comfortable handling both equipment repairs and general building maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, and gearboxes.
• Complete preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and building repairs.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including building repairs, plumbing, lighting, and other maintenance needed to keep the facility operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and automated equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
