Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Location: Harker Heights, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and competitive Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for a local insurance agency in Harker Heights, TX. This position focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products
• Sell, solicit, and negotiate insurance policies tailored to individual and business clients
• Evaluate clients’ needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate coverage
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and bookkeeping systems
• Track and report monthly and quarterly performance goals

Qualifications

• Experience as an Insurance Agent or in a related role
• Property and Casualty License
• Knowledge of various insurance types (auto, property, fire, life, medical, etc.)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting performance targets
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and maintain long-term relationships
