Administrative Assistant with Grant Writing & Grant Coordination Experience
A respected organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with Grant Writing and Grant Coordination experience to join its team. Responsibilities

Research federal, state, local, and private grant funding opportunities

Write, edit, and submit competitive grant applications and proposals

Coordinate grant timelines, reporting requirements, and compliance

Track grant awards, budgets, deadlines, and required documentation

Provide administrative support to executive leadership and program staff

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and organizational projects
-
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents

Assist with budgeting, documentation, and general office operations
-
Provide professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
-
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Program Coordinator, or similar role

Required: Proven experience writing and coordinating successful grant applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience working with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, or grant-funded programs is strongly preferred
