Die Cutter Operator

Located in Chesterfield, VA

Salary: $17.00 Hour

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Die Cutter Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Richmond area. If you have experience with corrugated box manufacturing and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities

• Operate die cutting equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machinery throughout production runs
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating die cutter machinery
• Experience working with corrugated boxes, cardboard, or packaging materials
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
