Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Line Workers to join our manufacturing team. Candidates should have some quality control experience in a production or manufacturing environment. This role involves working on a production line, inspecting products for quality, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a production line assembling, packaging, or processing products.
• Perform quality inspections and verify products meet company standards.
• Identify and report defects or production issues.
• Follow production procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Some quality control or product inspection experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
