Accounts Payable Support Administrator

Salary: $18 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville and Dickson are currently seeking candidates for an Accounts Payable Support Administrator position in Ashland City, TN. This position will pay $18/hr., and the hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Support A/P processes related to transportation and freight invoices
• Review, validate and process invoices for accuracy
• Assist with payment tracking and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Has High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 2-4 years of General Office or Administrative experience 
• Must have previous Excel and Microsoft Office experience
• Able to work in a Professional environment
• Possess great customer service skills
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
