Key Responsibilities

• Operate gas or electric forklifts to move materials between departments, buildings, and work areas
• Load, unload, and stack materials safely and efficiently
• Collect and deliver a wide variety of materials as directed
• Ensure quality and integrity of products in accordance with customer specifications
• Perform additional quality checks on materials being transferred
• Maintain accurate handling and organization of inventory
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid forklift certification required (or ability to successfully complete certification)
• Ability to understand basic manufacturing or inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces
• Ability to kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb, and stoop throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
