Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to support daily planning, scheduling, inventory tracking, and general office functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
Daily planning and scheduling activities to support operations
Track customer needs and assist the Sales team
Analyze inventory, production, and purchasing information
Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers
Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Bilingual with the ability to communicate effectively in English (required)
No prior planning, administrative, or purchasing experience required — training provided
Detail-oriented and accurate
Dependable and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eager to learn and grow within the organization
