Production Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch break

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team. This is a brand-new operation, and during the startup phase, employees will spend a significant amount of time cleaning, organizing, and preparing the facility before full production begins. As operations ramp up, associates will transition into regular production duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize production and work areas.
• Assist with facility setup and preparation.
• Operate equipment and machinery as directed.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• Support production activities as operations expand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
