Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unbox, and inspect incoming wax materials and cores
• Assist with unloading incoming molds
• Ensure containers and boxes are emptied before returning to suppliers
• Organize incoming and outgoing materials and work areas
• Transport materials between stockroom and production floor
• Collect and return empty containers from presses and work cells
• Support end-of-month inventory for wax and core materials
• Assist with outsourcing and general floor support tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Must pass a visual acuity test
• Must be flexible and able to take on new tasks
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
• Must be able to work with export-controlled materials
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Dover, NJ

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in post-cast or related manufacturing areas

• Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Report any safety concerns, injuries, or environmental issues promptly
• Participate in all required safety training
