Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Flexibility Required)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Technician / Control Room Operator to join our operations team on 2nd shift. This is a versatile floater position responsible for supporting plant operations through mechanical maintenance, control room operations, and front-end loader operation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an industrial environment, adapting to changing operational needs, and contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.

Monitor and operate equipment from the control room to support production and operational efficiency.

Safely operate a front-end loader and other assigned equipment as needed.

Support daily plant operations by rotating between maintenance, equipment operation, and control room duties.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and operational needs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications

Machine Operation experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Forklift/hilo experience
