Key Responsibilities

• Operate PVD coating machines (training provided)
• Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, setup, and fixturing
• Load small components onto vertical racks for coating processes
• Work with CNC-controlled coating equipment to apply finishes to customer products
• Select appropriate machine settings based on material specifications
• Monitor equipment and production flow to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to count and handle small parts efficiently
• Basic English communication skills required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement)
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
