Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Project Manager to oversee the coordination of vehicle and display projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating vendors and installers, tracking production workflows, and ensuring vehicles and materials move efficiently through the shop and installation process.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, vendors, installers, and production staff.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management
- Coordinate and manage projects from order intake through production, installation, and completion.
- Monitor and track vehicles entering and exiting the facility.
- Manage and follow up on outsourced projects and installation partners across Canada.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations to support project execution.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate installer schedules and project timelines as required.
Production & Workflow Coordination
- Work closely with production manager to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Assist with production activities when required.
- Support capacity planning and scheduling to meet customer deadlines.
- Develop a strong understanding of production processes, installation requirements, and project dependencies.
Customer & Sales Support
- Serve as a point of contact for customers when required, gathering project information and communicating requirements to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure project objectives and customer expectations are achieved.
- Provide timely updates regarding project status, timelines, and challenges.
Logistics & Fleet Coordination
- Coordinate vehicle movement, deliveries, and courier activities as required.
- Safely operate customer and company vehicles as required, including moving vehicles in and out of the facility, refueling vehicles, and transporting vehicles to designated locations when necessary.
- Support fleet branding and vehicle installation projects through effective planning and coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, production, fleet management, or a related field, printing industry is a must
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software; Cyrious experience is an asset.
- Excellent English communication verbal (over the phone and in person) and writing skills, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record with access to own vehicle (plant location is not TTC accessible)
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in manufacturing, signage, graphics, vehicle wraps, vinyl or carboard printing, or fleet management is an asset.
- Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
- Strong spatial reasoning skills with the ability to visualize vehicle layouts, displays, and project concepts in 3D.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and willing to support various operational needs as required.

Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
