Compensation: Base Salary $90,000 - 95,000/year + 8% Commission + Car Allowance (including 407 expenses)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established company in the commercial property maintenance industry, is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join their growing team. This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and supporting long-term client relationships within the commercial and industrial sectors.
This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a field-based, client-facing environment and has experience working with property managers, facility managers, and commercial decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial accounts for window cleaning and related property maintenance services
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across office buildings, retail spaces, property management firms, and industrial facilities
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals
- Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare customized service proposals and pricing
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth transition to operations teams
- Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, and management teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Coordinate sales plans with internal departments to support customer success and retention
- Ensure all client data, activity, and updates are accurately recorded in CRM/ERP systems
- Stay informed on market trends and industry developments, providing recommendations for improvement
- Perform other duties as required to support business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience required
- Proven track record in selling commercial services and closing medium to large contracts
- Experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or related property maintenance industries is an asset
- Strong network or experience working with property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $95,000/year
