1st Shift Yard Labor

Located in Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $15.00/hr

A well-established heavy industrial steel facility in Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Yard Laborer to join their team on 1st shift. 

 

Yard Labor’s Pay/Benefits:

• $15/hr 
• 9 paid holidays, PTO
• full benefits - medical, dental, vision
• Turkey on Thanksgiving
• 401K

Schedule: 6AM-2:30PM, Mandatory OT until 4pm M-Th & 6AM - 2:30PM Sat

 

Yard Laborer’s Job Duties:

• Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, lifting, and moving materials
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and facilities
• Assist skilled workers as needed on various projects
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Complete other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and working on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• No prior experience required (training provided)
