Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Field Service Technician for a growing oilfield company in Midland, TX! If you have experience in downhole operations and are looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.

🔧 Job Duties:
• Install, remove, and maintain downhole products at customer well sites
• Ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations
• Respond promptly to customer service issues and provide timely resolutions
• Confirm proper installation of tools and equipment on customer locations
• Complete and maintain detailed digital paperwork for each well site
• Communicate clearly with site leaders and customers regarding product installation, functionality, and job procedures
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve safety practices and compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:

• ESP
• Spooling
• Capillary
• Workover/Completions
• Production Rig Operations
  • CDL preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in oilfield environments and travel to customer locations
