Salary: $25-$28/hr

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance of a senior living community in Hudson, MA. This role performs a variety of light maintenance and repair tasks to help keep the senior living community clean, safe, and well maintained

 

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance throughout common areas and building facilities
• Patch and paint walls
• Perform minor plumbing repairs
• Complete basic electrical repairs and general building maintenance
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and other building fixtures as needed
• Assemble, move, and repair furniture and equipment
• Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist with preventative maintenance and facility inspections
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance
• Painting experience strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general building repairs
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience
