Maintenance Technician

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $23-26/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to join their team.

Equipment Service Technician Highlights:

• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance on hydraulic tensioning equipment, torque tools, pneumatic and battery-powered torque guns, heat exchangers, wheel jacks, cylinders, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of assets.
• Perform certifications and recertifications of company and customer equipment in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment certifications and service history.
• Assemble, prepare, and fine-tune equipment for operational use following detailed specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience servicing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Hours & Wage:

• Full-time
• $23–$26/hour
• Start Date: ASAP
