You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment that keeps production running. Better yet, qualified candidates may be eligible for a fully paid apprenticeship program, including schooling, books, and hands-on training. Plus, you'll have opportunities to earn pay increases after 30, 60, and 90 days through skill-based testing.

Shift Schedules

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday
• Training may occur on a different shift

Pay

• Starting at $25.33/hour
• Skill-based pay increases after 30, 60, and 90 days
• Weekly pay every Friday

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to diagnose issues
• Install, repair, and relocate machinery, wiring, and utility systems
• Document repairs, maintain tools, and follow all safety standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Maintenance, mechanical, electrical, industrial, or trade experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, cold, and dust
• Willingness to learn and grow through apprenticeship opportunities
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
