Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire
Summary:
The Inspection I Associate supports product quality and manufacturing operations by performing inspections, verifying product conformance, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and components
  • Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify specifications
  • Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements to ensure product accuracy
  • Document inspection results and report nonconforming materials (NCRs)
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T principles
  • Experience using precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing environment
